Ace 3 Minion clock face no longer available

Hi, my daughter got a Fitbit ace 3 for Christmas. She chose the minion clock face. It was working fine. This morning we charged it and can’t get the minion clock face back? I’ve looked on the app under clock face but it’s not there as an option to install. I’ve reset the watch and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Has anyone else hd this problem or kno how to solve this? Is the minion still a clock face option? Thank you 🙂

This is ridiculous!! So many kids (my daughter included) love the minion clock. Today she’s inadvertently changed to another face, wanted to revert back to the minion and now it’s not available!! How can you withdraw a feature like this after people (kids!) have enjoyed it previously??

Could you please put back the minions clock face for normal ace 3

It’s clearly a commercial decision by Fitbit to remove the Minion clock face and make it only available on the special edition watch. They don’t care about their customers otherwise they’d give a clear answer on here. 
The mobile app is terrible too. Once my son has outgrown his Ace 3 we’ll replace it and never return to the brand.

Any update to this??? We ran the upgrade and lost it while playing with other faces?!?! We didn't even know it was an issue till today. Are there any plans to offer it or other special faces again??

When we came to your site, my parents wanted to buy the Minions Special Edition Fitbit but needed to see if a larger band is available, since Minions are still my brother's favorite character.  

If a feature changed, it would be a change in the code written for the ACE 3. 

The solution is simple. Contact the tech support manager, IT manager, or system administrator.  Someone in at least one of those departments has access to write a work order to FitBit's IT department, system administrators, developers, or computer architects regarding the loss of the Minion clockface.

If FitBit wants ACE 3 owners to have the Minions feature, the code could be rewritten to add the feature back.

If the Minions feature "can't" be added back, someone has made the decision to no longer have the  Minions clockface available to those who didn't purchase the Minions Special Edition Fitbit.

I'm just a high school student studying JAVA & C++, hoping to intern at NASA while in college and one day own my own video game company, so maybe I'm too young to enter a conversation with Fitbit, but I know you could make a lot of kids happy by doing the right thing.

Yes! Very true. They should be able to do it but someone has made the decision to not do it for the normal ace fitbits, regardless of how it affects the kids who bought those and had the minion option. It was on my daughters watch for a month before the change and they haven’t cared enough to add it back for all. Very disappointing from Fitbit.

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of clock faces available for the ace 3. Especially as the minions face is exclusive to the special edition ace. This is out of stock everywhere so don't understand why it's not released for all the other users. Or at least make new characters.
