Ace 3 Minion clock face no longer available

Hi, my daughter got a Fitbit ace 3 for Christmas. She chose the minion clock face. It was working fine. This morning we charged it and can’t get the minion clock face back? I’ve looked on the app under clock face but it’s not there as an option to install. I’ve reset the watch and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Has anyone else hd this problem or kno how to solve this? Is the minion still a clock face option? Thank you 🙂

I find the fitbit app is very buggy. I've had to use a different device/smartphone/tablet to set up and sync fitbit devices to get thing to work and then set it back up on your original device. My fitbit app won't update properly on my phone so I've had to use my wife's phone to update my fitbit and then just resync it to my phone.

Hi Steph, we're having the same problem. The other watch faces aren't as popular here. Anyone else come up with a solution?

I have tried everything and still haven’t come right. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and re synced. Done it on different devices. Nothing seems to work. I’m not sure what else to try or who to contact. It’s brand new and my daughter is quite sad that her minion is gone (especially as it’s still on her friends watch).

We have the same probleem. The minion disappeared from the gallery.

We've had ours for a year and have used the minion previously. Just doesn't show up now

My 7 years son is no longer using his ACE 3 due to the poor features (lack of exercise tracking and bug of no sleep data in the tracker bug). I paired it again just to check the issue and I confirm the Minion clockface is no longer available for installation. Below the screenshots of the available clockfaces

This is, in my honest opinion, another case of Fitbit arbitrarily removing functions that users might have been attracted for purchasing (same as removing the Windows PC app for example). This is even worse because Fitbit still sells and advertise the Minions special edition.

I am following as I have the same issue.  We have two ace 3’s - one has the minion clock face installed, one does not; neither have the minion as an option to pick from.  The minion clock face has always been the favourite for my twins, so this is rather frustrating that it’s no longer available.

I have raised this as a query with Fitbit itself as well but it hasn’t been resolved or answer given as to why it has disappeared. Really frustrating as my daughter liked the minion clock face. It’s still on her friends watch so I am not sure why it isnt on the app as an option.

I'm quite sure that if the friend change clock face on her Ace 3 she won't be able to put the minions back.

I think the deal of using the Minions is expired but this should be Fitbit problem, not a users problem. Nothing in the material says that it's a limited time feature and Fitbit is still selling, and advertising, the Minions edition.

We have the same issue here! And a super disappointed daughter who has lost her Minion… FitBit need to sort this one out and fast, how dumb to remove such a popular clock face and upset so many kids in the process…

The minions clock face really needs to be available again for the Ace 3. This is the sole reason we chose this specific watch for our son. It was advertised for this specific watch only to then be taken away without warning. There are many non kid friendly faces available but the most favorite one is taken away.

My child yesterday got the Minion's badge so I don''t think @Dopovo is right about the expiring of the deal (as the minions edition is still advertised and sold on the store). @LizzyFitbit can you share some news about this?

I’ve been trying to get an answer out of Fitbit for about a month now. To clarify, it’s the minion clock face that has disappeared. 
Their last response said “We found that the issue continues under investigation, at the moment we're not able to address your concern.”
