Hi all,
We charged my sons Ace 3 but it wont turn on fully. It seems to be stuck on a message saying to "Download the Fitbit mobile app" which we have already done. This may be why we also cannot pair it to our accounts. I have tried a hard restart several times but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Eoin

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @EoinOR. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to pair your son's Ace 3.
Could you please confirm that you have followed the steps of help article: How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices?

I had this problem as well - and the response "follow the how-to article" is useless. I had restarted the watch, deleted and redownloaded the app several times... I gave in and switched our FitBit accounts to Google in case that was the glitch but nothing would work. I just now left it alone, walked away, and let it keep trying to connect even as it said "Download the FitBit App" - it took over 10 minutes but it finally actually connected, and then prompted an update for the watch. That also took a long time but I just left it be and it was finally up and running. Not sure if that will help, but it might be worth a try!
