When I try and squeeze both sides of my Ace 3 when the silent alarm goes off I am only able to snooze it. I am holding both sides at the same time for 2 seconds but I see it’s always still just snoozed. My kiddo is going to be using it for a med reminder at school and this will be a real distraction.

I'm not that familiar with the Ace 3 but found this in the manual:
"When an alarm goes off, the tracker vibrates. To dismiss the alarm, press the
buttons. To snooze the alarm for 9 minutes, swipe down. "
I wonder if you need to hold the buttons for 2 seconds - perhaps a long hold is being read as a swipe? What happens when you briefly press the buttons?
