Ace 3 band is too small

• I wish I would have looked at the forum board before purchasing the Ace 3 for my daughter! She bought it with her own money from her 10th birthday. It won’t even go around her wrist, so there is no chance of it working at all! I contacted Carolyn at customer service chat. She told me I would have to purchase an Inspire 2 classic band. Of course, now that i have looked on this board, I have seen many of the same issues. However, the others suggest another totally different band!! If I’m going to have to purchase another band (which makes me absolutely frustrated), I at least need to know the correct band to buy!

The wristbands of the Ace 3 fit wrists 4.8" - 6.8" in circumference. The Fitbit Inspire 2 small Classic Bands fit wrists 5.5" - 7.1" in circumference and the large fit wrists 7.1" - 8.7" in circumference. You can print this guide to find the right size for your daughter.

So the Alta and Alta HR band will not fit either? Only the Inspire classic 2?

At the moment, only the Fitbit Inspire 2 Classic Bands are compatible with Fitbit Ace 3.

Hi, I have the same problem with the band being too small and have been looking at replacements suggested.  It looks like the band for the fitbit inspire is a hinged band like a watch but the kids Ace 3 is in a pocket band. How do you attach? Am I missing something?

Ace 3 is just an Inspire 2 with a different firmware (mainly aimed at deactivating the HR sensor, for some reasons). The Inspire 2 bands fit perfectly Ace 3 but of course they give a completely different feeling than the original one.
