Ace 3 band way too small

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I recently gave my son an Ace 3 for his birthday and the band is entirely too small. When I tried to chat with customer service I was told that no replacement bands are available and there are no other compatible bands that are larger. When I asked what they would do if the band broke and it's under warranty because it's brand new, I was told that they would send a replacement band. Now I'm reading that the Inspire 2 classic band is compatible with the Ace 3 and is larger. So I not only completely wasted my money on this disappointing gift for my son, but wasted my time being told complete lies by customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.

So despite the fact that there have been issues with sizing for several years now, you still don’t offer multiple sized bands for it when purchased? And then despite having to have saved up to purchase the Ace 3 to give to my son as a gift, you just assume that I should now come up with more money to pay $25 for another band for it just so he can use it? It’s brand new, unusable as it is, and if the band had broken you’d replace it under warranty, but I’m on my own to pay for an appropriate sized band because it’s designed too small for all children’s wrists? This doesn’t seem right at all.

Have you tried Looking on amazon. they have the inspire 2 bands for cheaper than what fitbit probably sells them for.
