Ace 3 blank screen and buttons not working to reset

The Ace 3 is syncing and charging but has a blank screen. I’ve tried changing the watch face but has not reset it. I’m trying to reset it but the buttons on the side do not vibrate and is not resetting. Any suggestions?

Thanks for sharing these details and your efforts in troubleshooting the Ace 3. Because it's been a while since you posted, may I know if the issue persists? Also, did you try restarting the Ace 3 with the buttons after plugging it into the charging cable?
