we are having issues getting the Ace 3 to respond when in the band. when i take it out, the side buttons will respond and vibrate. once it is back in the band, we cant get the buttons to press and do anything.

Dear, we have purchased two Ace 3 FitBits, one of them is experiencing the same issue (the other works perfect): non-responsive buttons when the band is on, when we take it out, it works. Did you find a solution to this issue? Tx
