My son's Ace 3 has been extremely problematic since we bought it 3 months ago. It is constantly freezing up and won't respond to resetting or restarting. When I put it on the charger, it shows that it has plenty of battery, then the screen goes black and doesn't respond to touch, either on the screen or on the side buttons. It has done this numerous times since buying it.
Any way to prevent this from happening, or do I need to find a different type of fitness tracker?
I don't understand why they changed the design such that a child has to touch the side sensors simultaneously to get it to work instead of having an actual button to press.
