My son’s FitBit will be fully charged, as I can see on my app, but the screen is black. It won’t swipe and pushing buttons on the side does nothing. I have to change the face on my app for his FitBit to turn on. It’s so annoying!!!!!!!

To try to resolve the issue, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.
If you continue having difficulties, please provide the following information:
- Is the issue resolved after changing the clock face?
- Does your Ace 3 vibrate when it is plugged into the charging cable?
- Is your Tracker syncing?
