Ace 3 falling out of the band

Have the issues with the tracker falling out of the band been fixed? I see previous threads/posts regarding the issue but all Fitbit responds with is sorry, we'll pass this on. Has Fitbit actually fixed this issue?

It certainly doesn't seem so.  I just bought the Ace 3 for my son 3 weeks ago and they are still selling them with the same, obviously faulty bands.  How do you do this to your customers knowing full well that the expensive trackers will likely be lost?  Even if you apply for a replacement band they will simply send you the same one which will fall apart as well.  Fitbit, stand by your products and fix this obvious issue or you will simply lose more and more long-term customers like you're losing me.

Hi there @ActiveMom123, it's good to see you back in the Community.

I appreciate your opinion and feedback provided. Our Feature Suggestion board is a place where users can express their ideas and opinions for current and upcoming devices, so our team can consider them for apps, functions, third party integration and more.

I'd recommend you check the variety of trackers we offer, so you can find one that suits your needs.

Also I'd advice you add some Feature Suggestion based on your experiences and remember you can always contact our Support Team for assistance if you need it.

Have a good day.

Your reply @LucioFitbit is wrong as for a child the only device suitable is Ace 3. Also, I'm not sure how can you invite to buy another tracker to replace another model that is obviously defective. Doesn't Fitbit support its own products?

We purchased a Fitbit ace for my son a month ago and the watch face has popped out twice now. Both times we’ve managed to find it but I feel it’s just a matter of time till it’s lost. This is so disappointing reading how common of an issue it is, I wouldn’t have purchased if I realised!
