Brand new watch and it won't connect on the Bluetooth. My Bluetooth sees it but tells me I need to used the apps. I setup the family account in the apps, it gave me the 4 digits number to put in. Then it gets me back to the screen "download or update the fitbit app to set up" on the watch. I updated the app, I deleted the app and started over again. I turn my phone off and try it all again... still not working.

Same problem here. I got 2 Ace 3's for my kids. One connected fine. The second one is doing exactly as you describe. It pops up momentarily after accepting the pin and says "Turn on bluetooth to connect". Which is obviously connected since it just started pairing...

I contacted customer service and after trying different thing, they realized the watch wouldn't shut down so they told me to go back to the store and exchange it. I did. Now the new one is doing the exact same thing.

I bought my daughter the Ace3 for Xmas and it won't sync all says need app to connect and then turn Bluetooth on device but face on Ace 3 won't budge past saying download app or turn Bluetooth on device 🤬😡

Exactly the same issue here, it just loops me back around to the start again. Very annoying

What phone are you using? I am having issues using Samsung S20 Ultra.

Same problem trying to setup ACE 3. App keeps telling me to turn on Bluetooth to connect Tracker. Deleted the app and reinstalled, cycled Bluetooth, Force Stopped the App, Power Cycled phone, still getting the same message. I'm outside the return window so I can't exchange. It would have been less frustrating had I just took a match and burned $70.

Same issue with two I've purchased. Did you ever get any solution? I'm very fed up and support did not help, they just set up a case number for the first one. The second one won't set up either so I don't think a replacement will solve the problem.
