Ace 3 green light at the back keeps shining

Hi, my Son has a ace 3 since december. Since yesterday, the green light at the back keeps shining (very bright), so it loses charge within a few hours. I tried everything, but can not solve the problem. What can I do?

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding Ace 3 and the attempts to solve it on your own.

Please confirm that you have tried to perform a restart as suggested here below:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

yes, I did try this (multiple times), but the green light doesn’t stop shining so bright, after 10 hours the battery is back empty. What can we do now?

Try sending it for repairs? It shouldn’t do that, to my knowledge.
