All of a suddent green light won't turn off. Have rebooted and restarted the two different ways but persists.

i have same problem with my daughter's Ace 3. The green light never turn off and drain the battery quickly. Any solution?

Same here on my son’s Ace 3. Happened very suddenly about a week ago. Battery drains so fast it’s practically unusable. Super frustrating considering the device is less than a year old.
