Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Daciamartinez.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I would like to confirm if you see your son's sleep in the app but not on the tracker? Have you tried to restart the tracker and change a clock face

If you would like to turn off notifications on the tracker, you can do the following:

1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
2. Tap My Family.
3. Under your child's name, tap Switch to Kid View.
4. Tap your son's profile picture.
5. Tap Ace 3 > Notifications > Turn off call notifications.
