My kids got the ace 3 and we charged them and then downloaded the app however the screen is still

stuck on “download the fitbit app”. We can’t seem to bypass it or see anything else on the screen.

Thank you for letting us know that your Fitbit Ace 3 is not showing your stats and thanks for the information provided.

 

Please make sure to have followed the set up instructions in this article in the menu "How do I set up Ace for my child?".
