My sons Ace 3 no longer syncs, watch says download mobile app after entering the code on the phone.
app reinstalled multiple times, unable to reset watch as can’t connect. Just will not sync.
watch is less than a year old, what’s the warranty?

Upon checking in your system, we notice that the device is unpaired. We would encourage you to check the following article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Then tap Devices
.
After pairing the Ace 3, please check the syncing troubleshooting steps, by consulting Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Do not hesitate to access your iPhone Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Fitbit > select the Always option > return to settings > scroll down to access the Fitbit app > check if the Bluetooth and background app refresh are enabled.

I just found my kid’s old iPhone SE doesn’t find ACE3 device after software update. My own iPhone can find tho.

Oh actually I can’t pairings them now anymore. My phone also can not find Ace3.
