Black screen and vibrates if I hold my finger for few seconds. Then shows smiley face and black screen after that. Performs the same way with or without charging cable connected still no working! Phone won't sync to device anymore so cannot change clock face too. So I have a very disappointed child with Ace 3 Fitbit which is not working at all!!!!! Could you help!
