Ace 3 not vibrating for daily goal

Hi, does anyone know how to get the goal vibrate/fireworks? Just bought my daughter this ace 3 and she was devastated that the Fitbit didn’t vibrate like my versa. Have reset the ace, logged out on and back into app. Goal is set for steps. Any other ideas?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation. When your daughter reaches her goal, the tracker should vibrate and show a celebration. I recommend making sure Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are turned off on the tracker. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
