We are having issues with the new Ace 3. Without the band attached the unit works fine. Side pinch works, swipes are fine. As soon as it is in the band it is unusable.
Does anyone else have this issue?

I'm having this problem too. I've checked that it's in the band correctly, and restarted. I tried deleting and then reconnecting the account. The pinch function works fine when in the charger but intermittently when in the band. It works when the tracker is not in the band as well (and not on changer). My other child's (older) ace 3 does not have this issue.
