I have just discovered that the fitbit Ace 3 i bought for my just turned 7 year old son only displays the 24hr clock and not ‘am’ and ‘pm’. He is too young to understand the 24hr clock. Is this watch not made specifically for children. Its no use if they cant tell the time?!?

I'm not actually helping you (sorry @Timeout78 ) but you're post is intriguing because usually people (I'm one of those) complain that the tracker doesn't support the 24h mode and, indeed, also the mods stated that is not possible. Your post instead states the contrary so really I'm not sure what's happening here.

@Timeout78 Have you actually seen it pass to 13:00 or later? The format is four-digit 00:00 (eg, 08:30 AM), but I have not heard of anyone having a true 24hr clock available.

Yes. After12pm it goes 13.00, 14.00, 15.00 etc…. Making it difficult for child who has just turned 7 to tell the time

Well this Ace 3 just has 24hour mode. I have tried several ways to change it to tell the time by am and pm and have asked Fitbit how
to do this and they said it was not possible to change it for the ace 3
