I have found that Because in the ace 3 you must remove the tracker to charge, the holder in the wristband becomes loose and it becomes easy for the tracker to simply "pop" out. My granddaughter came home from school with a empty wristband. Anyone else have this issue? Fitbit's attitude is " so sad to bad"

Hi @Jocb33 did you try to find it? It syncs when it's within range, so that would be a way of locating it. School have a lost and found? You see the post from Moderator EdsonFitbit on this thread? click to read

No one mentioned trying to find it by sync it u til I inadvertently found something in it. My daughter is going to try that. She is still getting messages from the tracker to stand up and get active
