My son received an Ace 3 for Christmas and it worked fine for the first couple of days. Now however the screen frequently doesn't turn on (even when the device is fully charged) when tapping or pinching etc. It does seem to turn on though when snapped into its USB charger (even when the charger is not plugged in) and works normally for a while after that before not responding again. Is this likely to be an issue with the device or just some setting?
