I have the same issue as was reported in https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ace-Family-Accounts/Ace-screen-dim/m-p/5367748#M13095.... Tried all that, the screen is still too dim! My other two kid's fitbit is just fine, all three bought on the same day....

Please make sure that the device is not on do not disturb or sleep mode and confirm that you have followed these steps to restart the tracker:
