I bought the fit bit ace 3 a month ago and we have been trying everything to get the sleep tracker working. We have reset it several times. I’ve tried wearing it myself and nothing seems to work. I’m not finding much info except that it should be tracking pretty easily on its own. My other child has the fit bit ace 2 and that tracks sleep well. What can o do at this point?

This worked for one day then the same issue again. I've tried everything as suggested, seems like a bug that needs fixing

Hello.
We purchased Ace 3 for my son in June 2021 recently (probably a week) it stopped displaying his sleep data on his watch face. However, if I sync the device, I can see the sleep date on my phone but still not on his watch.
I know it was working for few weeks when we set up his watch.
We restarted the Ace3 but no change. Any advice please? Thank you.
I also changed his watch face with no luck.

Same issue for my on a brand new ace 3 bought yesterday. I wondered if the issue if that the ace is resetting to a new day and 0’ing all the stats. You can see the data on the dashboard app as you can look back at previous days?

Hi LiliyaFitbit
Both my sons’ received an Ace 3 for Christmas yesterday they slept wearing their watches last night but the sleep app this morning is showing no data. When I go on the app on my IPhone 8 it shows that that it should show their hours sleeping and their different sleep stages.
When I googled this issue it led to this forum, on a different post with the same problem a Fitbit moderator had said that the sleep tracker was not a feature on the Ace 3 which was disappointing to read and made me consider returning the watches as it was one of the main reasons why I chose the watch and believed it was a feature available when making the purchase.
Just as I was giving up hope I came across this feed that has now made it look like the sleep tracking is available. Can you please clarify if the sleep tracking is available on the Ace 3 and how to activate it.
I have an IPhone 8 OS 15.1, I only just downloaded the Fitbit app yesterday so I assume it is up to date.
can you please get back to me as soon as possible so I know whether to return the watches or not.
many thanks

We are seeing the same thing this morning. Seep data shows up on my phone but “no data” appears on the brand new ace 3. Would appreciate someone from Fitbit commenting here with more than just “we have let our team know.” This appears to have been an issue for quite some time.

The same thing has happened here. Our daughter was given her Fitbit Ace 3 for Christmas and we are all disappointed that the sleep data isn’t visible on her watch - please can someone respond officially as this has clearly been an issue for more than 6 months according to this forum.

Hi
my kid has a new ace 3 and the sleep icon isn’t showing on her watch face when she scrolls down. But her sleep is now been tracked on my app at least.
I’ve tried changing the clock face to different ones (which is what was suggested on the forum) but that hasn’t worked.

Same issue here. This, together with the 12/24 hr clock issue is so disappointing with a brand new Christmas present. Really basic functionally I’d expect from a brand like this.

@LiliyaFitbit what should I do here? I bought 2 fitbit ace 3's for my kids for christmas and same issue, no sleep data.
App is up to date.
Restarted watches.
No help.
Please provide feedback.
Thank you

Earlier in this thread someone mentioned changing the clock face. We changed it to a plain on and then to the Martian and now got sleep data 2 nights running.

I am having the same problem! My kids have two new Fitbits that they got for Christmas. They are both linked to my device because they don’t have their own devices. My sleep data gets logged from my own watch but there’s does not show up in their kid account.

Hello @edsonfit.
I have tried several clock faces now and none seem to work, including "Martian".
