We purchased this Fitbit only 3-4 months ago to replace my daughter's ACE 2. At the beginning it is fine. Now it just won't display the sleep data. I am not sure it is not displaying or it is not tracking her sleep.
I can see the sleep data display sometimes, but only for 1 day or only several hours, such as 8 am-10am, which makes no sense at all (she is at school that time).
I tried restart the device, uninstall & reinstall the App, neither way helped.
Any suggestion?
It is a shame that Fitbit is in such poor quality.

I would join that thread and participate in its discussions. I’ve reported the link I provided here to a moderator. Hopefully a moderator will address the situation in that thread.
