Day 1 of Ace 3 for my kids and my son's stopped logging activity mins at 59 mins around mid day. Says it's still syncing and steps registering but no activity. Can't reach support for help so it's pretty disappointing. Any suggestions?

I would like to advise that active minutes are awarded for continuous moderate-to-intense activities that last 10 minutes or more. For more information on how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: What are active minutes?
If you continue experiencing difficulties, I recommend restarting the tracker and making sure it is syncing. For more information about syncing the tracker, see How do I sync an Ace tracker with my phone or tablet?
