Ace 3 time is 12 hours out

Hi, my daughter's Ace 3 recently decided to switch time to 12 hours behind despite none of us changing settings. This has frustrated her, as at midday the Fitbit decides it's midnight and resets the steps she's done for the day. I've just spent an hour trying to rectify this, followed all instructions, video guides etc...and nothing has changed. I've seen that someone previously raised this as an issue and looks like it was never resolved.

Can you please advise, as this Fitbit's UX is pretty dire and if the issue can't be solved I'll be needing a refund. Thanks!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Daaan.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to change the time on your Fitbit Ace 3. Your time while dealing with this situation is highly appreciated.

If you haven't done so, please set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1652669169717.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Family Account
  3. Tap Child account
  4. Switch to Kid view
  5. Tap your child profile picture
  6. Tap Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

Hope this helps.
