I know there’s lots of debate on here around the Ace 3 and the 12 vs 24 hr

clock so I’m not sure if this is related to those issues, but my daughter’s brand new Ace 3 is showing times in the afternoon with a 0 in front, so for example at 8pm it’s showing 08:00 when surely that should be 8am? Is there a way to change this?

No, there is no possible solution for this malfunction except voting for this suggestion that, however, Fitbit has, unfortunately, already marked as not planned
