My child got an Ace 3 for Xmas. The vibrate every time you touch it is driving me a bit mad. Can it be turned off? I can't work out how...

Your Fitbit Ace 3 shouldn't vibrate every time you touch it. I would recommend performing a restart by following these instructions.
