I bought this for my son last summer for his birthday and he loves it. It stopped allowing me to sync wirh the app around mid-August and I can't find any way to fix it. I even spoke with someone by phone months ago and still couldn't get it to work. Now, it needs charged and won't charge at all. I've cleaned the contacts with a small amount of rubbing alcohol and with a dry, clean cloth and it still won't charge. It is now completely dead and the only thing I haven't tried is a possible update, which I can't do because it won't sync to my phone! We've only had it for 7 months and I am really unhappy. This shouldn't be so hard. If anyone has a new suggestion, please let me know.
