Ace 3 won't hold charge

My daughter's Ace 3 won't hold a charge anymore. The battery drains within a few hours of charging to full. 

There are no additional notifications or GPS linked to it that would be causing it to drain. It is just being used as a step tracker and a watch. 

Any advice?
