My son’s Ace 3 has all of a sudden stopped working and won’t turn on. Initially we thought his battery was flat. Having had it on charge all day yesterday nothing changed. Have cleaned the charging points and tried to charge again and nothing. It’s dead. He’s not even had it a year. Help! How do I contact customer services in the UK please? Everything I click on takes me to unknown paths, twitter or American numbers.
