The Fitbit ace 2 activity is showing on our guardian account. No activity is showing on my sons profile. It is like this in parent view and kid view.
Please advise.

thanks for any feedback.

@Wendels  You likely linked the Ace to your account instead of the child account.

You can tell this by going into your account (Parent account), click on your photo to get to your Account page and see a list of devices.  The Ace should NOT be listed there, only "My Family" and your own device (if you have one).

If it IS listed there, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Ace 2 in that list and then select "Remove this Ace 2" at the bottom.
  2. Click on "My Family" and then on "Switch to Kid View" on your Child's Name/Account (blue arrows)
  3. Tap the Profile Icon at the top (my kid chose a football).
  4. Select "+ Set Up a Device" and pick the Ace 2.  Then go thru the setup process.
  5. You likely know this already, but when you are done you can scroll to the bottom of the child's account page and select "Switch to Parent View" to go back to your account.

Let us know if this solved the issue or if there is something else going on.
