I have the Fitbit Alta and my child's Fitbit Ace both synced to my iphone. I have gone into the setting and programmed the alarms in for her as reminders throughout her day. I also have alarms set on my account too. It worked for the first couple of days, however the alarms are no longer buzzing or going off to notify her.
Suggestions as to why this is happening or how to fix it???

@katiewill22 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the alarms of your child's Ace are not buzzing anymore. I think that the Ace needs a restart. Please follow the restart process as described in this help article. After this, disable the alarms and then set them up again and see if the issue gets fixed.
