How do you go about getting a complimentary larger band for tour child's Ace. I don't see why after spending $130.00 I should have to turn around and spend more money on a bigger band. She's 8. It says 1 size fits all ages 8+ and she's on the last hole.

What is the result of this? I got my daughter one the other day for her 9th bday and she is on the last hole. It’s about cutting off her circulation. We definitely need a larger band!

I bought one today for my son's 10th birthday and have the same problem. I've just sent an email to fitbit and waiting to see what response I get. I'm really not happy about it. The designers haven't done enough research.

I agree. They should be sending out larger purple and blue bands automatically, sure to their error in design. We shouldn't have have to chase after them to get this dealt with. They offered a black replacement with a 6-8 week backorder.
I received the replacement today. Thank you for your help.

I purchased a Fitbit Ace for my grandsons birthday. The wristband is too small for him. What do i need to do to correct this problem? I have a Fitbit myself and love it.

I posted here and someone contacted me. Maybe customer service will help. They should but they didn't when I called. This is a known issue. Hopefully someone reaches out to you to assist you.

Very disappointed with my daughter's 8th birthday gift. It's too small- it's on the last hole and is cutting in to her. She average size of her age too....she's so sad 😞

You could try looking into the Alta/Alta HR band lines, as they are compatible with the Ace and come in larger sizes. Places like eBay or Amazon have them for significantly cheaper than on the Fitbit site. My Alta HR replacement band cost me a total of $5 with the shipping included.

Welcome to the forums @jennb74, as @DramaQueenDiva mentioned already, Fitbit Alta and Fitbit Alta HR wristbands are compatible with Ace. Note that Ace wristbands, which are extra small, are shorter than Alta and Alta HR bands in size small; the Ace wristband fits wrists 5.0” - 6.34” in circumference. I've send your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, you should be getting a reply soon.

Hi there,
I have just bought 2 Fitbit Ace Trackers for my niece and nephew (purple and blue).
They are 10 and 11, and the bands are very tight on both of them. 😞
This is very embarrassing - is there somewhere that I can get bands that actually fit them?

Bought my 10 year old daughter the Ace for Christmas but the wrist band is too small. She can not wear it at all! I am not impressed and would like information on getting a larger replacement band. Thank you!
