My daughter has had her fit bit ace for 10 months but the wrist strap has broken on 1 side. Can I get a replacement strap?

Another thought might be to buy something from a third party site (it's significantly cheaper than through Fitbit). If the Ace in question is an Ace 1, then all the Alta bands should be compatible with it.
