Ace display won't turn on

Hi,

My Fitbit Ace device has full charged. But if unplug power cable then having an display issue once it went to sleep mode. It does not display anything except black screen. if plugin power cable then it will display screen properly. I restarted couple of times but no luck.

if it's not sleep after unplugging power then it is going to display till to sleep. Once it goes to sleep then it never display till again connect to power cable. Is there any way to change sleep settings.
