Very frustrated with the charging connection on my daughter's ace... It is very intermittent.
I keep getting a symbol of the battery with an exclamation point in the center. I have tried a different USB to plug it in and cleaning the connections with a q-tip. Just rebooted on Sunday because it keeps losing the correct time... Which I think is due to not charging properly.
What can be done? my daughter hasn't even had it for a full six months, and this is my second issue. Super disappointed in this almost $100 purchase.
And am seeing many inquiries with the same issue... Super disappointed with Fitbit as company!
