After fully charging my son’s Ace and removing it from the charger, the Ace does not respond. When left on the charger, I can double tap it to wake it up and it responds properly. But as soon as I unplug it from charger, I get no response. I am able to sync with the app when it is plugged in and I checked for software updates (I think) but still nothing. I want to reset it to see if that works but I can’t figure out how to do this when there are no buttons to push and only tapping involved. Someone please help!
