Ace got disconnected from my account

So one day I go on the Fitbit app and I waited 20 ish minutes for it to sync and it didn’t work so I disconnected it from my iPad and it says tracker found but it didn’t work so now my Fitbit shows the time and my steps but it’s not showing that it’s connected to my iPad.

Try restarting your Ace several times and see if if that helps. Let us know how you go

@PleaseFixMe483 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Ace got disconnected all of a sudden. I want to follow up and would like to know if you followed the restart process that shared my friend @NellyG. The restart will refresh your tracker and after you've done this, try setting up your Ace from scratch.
