Ace interferes with my Versa sleep

I have the versa and ace but the ace is interfering with my versa sleep anyway I can do something about that I see it on the mobile app.

@1swat1 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that the Fitbit Ace is interfering with your Fitbit Versa sleep. In addition to the information that my friend @Jrdubyakc asked, please let us know if the Ace is being used by another person or if you are using both devices.

 

Are both devices set up on the same Fitbit account?

Sorry I got back so late it’s sometimes interfering not much tho any way to fix and yes there both active on one account

@1swat1 Thank you for getting back! If the issue persists, please restart your trackers as described in this help article. After this, log out of the Fitbit app, restart your phone, open the app again and log in. Finally, test your tracker during the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
