Ace is not tracking steps or sleep

My child received her Ace last Christmas, so it’s not even a year old. It suddenly has stopped tracking steps or sleep for the past 2 days. Just stays on 0. I have restarted it. What do I do now?!

@jb60544, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your child's Fitbit Ace since it stopped tracking steps and sleep even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure of the following details:

 

  • Your child's device is positioned correctly on the wrist:
  • Tighten the band so that it doesn’t slip on your child's wrist.

After this, monitor the tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
