Ace non-responsive after charging/ re-starting

My Daughters 9 month old Ace becomes non-responsive to taps and doesn't record activity a few minutes after charging/re-starting. We have tried all of the trouble shooting listed on the forums without any positive results. Does anyone have other solutions?

It does seem odd that her Ace would be acting like that.  Have you tried contacting Support?

@xMPx it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Ace since it won't charge, turn on or track your activity. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you tried.

 

In the meantime, please follow the steps listed in this help article. It may contain steps that you already did but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge the Fitbit Ace for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
