Have charged my daughters ace last night. The battery display was complete. She has gone to school today and it has died! This happens every day and I am baffled as to why?

i have reset it numerous times cleaned the pins on the charger and used various plugs to charge and it still does it...

Also, when the ace is on charge the app does not show the charging symbol.

cam anyone shed any light before I completely lost the will to live with it? Thanks in advance

@Bex5881 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Ace since its not holding a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to follow the tips that are listed in this help article. These steps are helpful in order to improve the battery life of the Fitbit Ace. After this, monitor the battery behavior and let me know how it goes.
