Ace shuts down

My child’s ace shuts down every now and then. When I plug it to charge, it comes back to life and shows it has a full battery but as soon I take it off charge, it goes dead after few minutes.

I am sorry to hear your child's Fitbit Ace keeps shutting down even with the full battery.
