Ace taunt & cheer not working

My daughters Ace is setup on my fitbit account on my iPhone X. It's connected in Bluetooth settings and notification are turned on for the fitbit on IOS settings. 

 

When I try to cheer, taunt or send a message, nothing happens. 

 

What am I missing?

Hello @Ro-76, it's great to see you visiting the Community forums, welcome. 

 

Thank you for the details you mentioned about not being able to cheer, taunt or send a messages, if you haven't done so already, try to do the following if you are in Android: Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

 

If the issue persists try to do the same with your iOS, however as you know you will not be able to clear the cache of the app in iOS so in this case just log our and reset your phone. Once the phone hs initialized again, go back to your Fitbit app and try sending messages, cheers and taunts.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @DavideFitbit above. As a side note, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.

Problem In dissapearing cheers::

In Fitbit app > Groups > Strength Training > (cheer a post) and cheer dissapears like i never tapped the cheer button at all. Why is this happening?!?!

1. My app has been updated.

2. I have un-installed > reset > re-install app several times in the past week.

3. This problem still persists.

Please advise! This is eroding the addictive experience of the community support forums. Becoming bored and dissatisfied with an app that doesn't work like it should.
