Ace trackers won't connect and only say "fitbit.com/setup"

I have two Fitbit Aces. They are completely charged. The screen only says "Fitbit.com/setup" and nothing else. The accounts are setup but I cannot get past this screen on the Fitbits to move on. Bluetooth will also not connect. This is so frustrating, please help.

I am sorry to hear your Ace trackers won't connect to kids accounts and show only "Fitbit.com/setup"Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone. 
  5. Restart the trackers by following the steps from this help article.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and try to set up the trackers again. You can confirm the steps at How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?
