Hi, so my daughters ace as soon as she reaches 10k steps will just turn off and stop working even if charge also now after charging it turns on then as soon as it goes to sleep won’t “wake up” unless then goes to plug back in so can’t wear it!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your daughter's Fitbit Ace. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can change the clock face of the Ace.
