Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend restarting the tracker by following the steps in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Please also confirm that your goal is set up correctly and make sure the tracker is syncing. You can confirm the steps to sync the tracker in How does my child sync their tracker with their phone or tablet?
